The exercises in my classes have a main focus of combination of body stability, proprioception, Cardio and mobility through elements of pilates. We exercise on a mat with little weights, balance pads and tubes. We aim to prepare the body for daily life and give him the so often needed compensation. A frequently intense enough impulse presents gravity.
The content is shaped by my education, my work in medical rehabilitation and personal experience in sports.
