About me
After graduation in 2003 I started my studiying sports at German Sports University in Cologne with majors in prevention and rehabilitation. Since sport has always been part of my life it has been a way to influence the body. During my work in Rehabilitation I had to learn that people often do things right but need an impulse to achieve a positive result with specific training.
